Moreland Hose

Moreland Hose and Belting, is your preeminent source for all things hose and fittings. Humbly serving Long Island and the Tri-State Area for over 50 years, we pride ourselves in satisfying every customer that walks through our doors no matter what crazy job they bring us. We accomplish this by having the greatest and most knowledgeable staff, stocking a huge variety of product, and offering fair and upfront pricing.
Having grown up in the hose and rubber industry in Brooklyn in the 1940’s and 1950’s and with a growing family and desire to break out on his own, Joseph A. Delmore founded Moreland Hose and Belting in 1964. Beginning with a 5,000 square feet facility in Hempstead, NY, Moreland Hose and Belting quickly gained its footing on Long Island and the 5 boroughs. In 1988, Joe decided it was time to retire and passed the company along to his 3 children and 1 other key employee, Michael Berman.
Together, the 4 partners secured an additional 5000 square feet at our original location and opened our second location, a 9,000 square foot facility in Oakdale, in order to better serve the fast growing Suffolk County area. Together, our 2 locations stock over 10,000 part numbers ranging from 1/8” thru 18” diameter hose and fittings.
Priding ourselves on our family business atmosphere, we are able to offer our customers the benefits of a well-run large corporation while simultaneously providing the highly personalized attention to each customer; no matter how large or small the job. It is this focus and attention that has allowed Moreland Hose and Belting to thrive for over 50 years.
As we get ready to embark on our 3rd generation of leadership, we know we need to continue to adapt to the quickly changing environment around us. That is why we have continually changed and updated our product offerings over these last 50 years to keep up with all of the new trends around us.
