Two walk-in shops on Long Island covering Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan. Coverage here means you can reach a counter and leave with the assembly finished, not that a van turns up.

Which shop serves you
Hempstead handles Nassau and everything west of it. Oakdale handles Suffolk and the south shore. Both are full fabrication shops rather than one main branch and one satellite.
Nassau County
Under 20 minutes across most of the countyHome territory. The Hempstead shop sits in the middle of the county just off Peninsula Boulevard, close to both the Meadowbrook and the Southern State.

Four roads do most of the work
Both shops sit deliberately close to a major road, because a hose failure is not the moment to be threading a truck through side streets.
The Southern State
The spine of the county and the usual approach from either direction. Come off toward Hempstead, pick up Peninsula Boulevard, and Adams Avenue is a short way along.
The Meadowbrook
The quickest way down from the north of Nassau or off the Northern State. Head west and work across to Peninsula Boulevard.
The Belt Parkway
How Brooklyn and southern Queens get here. Straight out and over the county line, and the JFK area is closer than most people expect.
Sunrise Highway
The Oakdale shop sits directly on Route 27, so you come off the road and you are there. Straight run from Nassau in the west and from across Suffolk in the east.

What we mean by serving an area
Plenty of suppliers list a service area and mean they will send someone. We do not, and it is worth saying that plainly rather than letting somebody wait on a truck that is not coming.
What covering an area means here is that you can get to a counter, hand over the failed assembly, and leave with the replacement in most cases inside twenty minutes. For a machine that is down, that is usually faster than a mobile service could manage anyway, because the stock depth and the equipment are all in one building.
It also means the drive is worth making. Ten thousand square feet in Hempstead and fifteen thousand in Oakdale, over 100,000 feet of hose and tens of thousands of fittings between them. Somebody driving in from Brooklyn is not gambling on whether the fitting is in stock.
For operations where the drive genuinely does not work, the answer is not a van. It is holding stock. We set stocking levels around what you actually consume and keep dedicated inventory of critical parts on our shelf rather than yours, so the spare is already on your rack when the line fails.

Before you drive
No. There is no mobile van and we would rather say so than have somebody waiting on the shoulder of the Southern State for one. Both shops are walk-in counters. Bring the assembly in and in most cases you will be back out with the replacement faster than a truck could have reached you. See emergency hose repair.
Almost certainly. The list names the towns that come up most often, not the limit of where customers drive from. If you can reach Hempstead or Oakdale, you are covered. Call either counter and ask rather than assuming.
Whichever you can reach faster. Hempstead suits Nassau and everything west of it, Oakdale suits Suffolk and the south shore. Neither is a lesser branch, so there is nothing gained by driving past one to reach the other. See both locations.
Customers do it daily from Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, usually because the local supplier does not stock the fitting when it matters. If you are making the run regularly, it is worth a conversation about held stock instead, because a spare on your own shelf beats the drive every time.

Both shops run Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. Sundays are closed. The Saturday opening exists because equipment fails on Fridays and fleet operators need somewhere to go before Monday.
