Bring in the failed hose, fittings and all, and most replacements are cut, crimped and pressure tested at the counter before you leave. No appointment, no order to place. Emergency hose repair is normal counter work here, six days a week.

Two Walk-In Shops
Hempstead and Oakdale
Both counters stock deep and both fabricate on site. Go to whichever one is closer, and if you are chasing something unusual, call ahead and we will confirm it is on the shelf before you drive.
Hempstead
The original shop, roughly 10,000 square feet just off Peninsula Boulevard. Close to the Meadowbrook and the Southern State, and under 25 minutes from Jamaica and the JFK area outside rush hour.
Oakdale
Roughly 15,000 square feet on Sunrise Highway, opened so Suffolk customers stopped driving west for a hose. Easy in and out from Route 27, and convenient for the south shore marinas and boatyards.

Unusual fittings, very large diameters or anything that has to be brought in will take longer, and we tell you that before you wait rather than after.

Bring in the old assembly with the fittings still attached and it gets matched, including discontinued brake tubes, forty year old air conditioning lines and power steering hoses for engine swaps that no catalog covers. Where the original ends are sound they usually go back on the new hose.
No. Both shops are walk-in counters and work is handled in the order people arrive. Mornings are usually the quietest stretch at Hempstead. If you are chasing something unusual, call ahead and we will confirm it is on the shelf before you drive over.
The Hempstead shop covers Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan. The Oakdale shop covers Suffolk County and the south shore. Both carry the same stock depth and the same fabrication capability, so go to whichever is closer.
Yes. Fleet and shop accounts are available, and for higher volume customers we set stocking levels and carry the hose and fittings you go through most. We also sell crimping equipment for shops that want to build assemblies in house, with on-site training for your crew.
